Delivery and returns

If a product does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return and/or exchange the product within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. If you wish to return the ordered item(s), we request that you contact us by e-mail: info@Laaydesign.com

The costs of shipping and returning are for the account of the customer, provided that a product is returned that according to Laay design has suffered damage that is not attributable to an action of the customer. If you have already worn the article and are subsequently not satisfied, unfortunately we do not reimburse the costs of an article after wearing it. The article can therefore not be returned.

Return conditions:
-You can exchange an item within 14 days.
-The item must also be clean and in its original packaging, if reasonably possible to be returned.
-You can try on all items, the items must be unworn and all original tags must be attached.
-Products with damage or make-up will not be exchanged.
-Shipping costs at the customer's own expense.
-Returns are at the customer's own expense.
-Exchanges are not possible (You can return your order and place a new order).
-Please note: The fabrics in the factory can change shade regularly, please be aware that the color may be different in comparison to our older restock.

Delivery.
We do our best to process your order asap, at the latest within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order. Laay design is not responsible for the delivery time of the post offices, so we hope that you will wait patiently for your package. It is possible to collect your package from us.

How can I place an order?

  3. Click on the ''apply discount code'' button to enter your Gift Card code/discount code if necessary
  4. Click on the “order” button
  5. Fill in your personal details
  6. Click on the “next” button
  7. The last step is your payment method Pay with Credit card or IDEAL
  8. Click on ''I agree to the terms and conditions''
  9. Click on “pay”

Received the wrong color/item?

If you receive an incorrect colour/item from Laay design, please send us an email with your order number so we can solve this for you immediately. If your order is incorrect, we will refund your shipping costs and then send you the correct item if possible. You will therefore receive a shipping label via email with which you can return the package. If your email has not yet been answered, please send us your email again.

 

The following complaints are not treated:

-Garments that have shrunk or been damaged after improper washing.

-Damage due to incorrect or intensive use.

-Items that are damaged or discoloured by excessive perspiration.

-Pilling/ lint loose threads due to the quality of the material.

The following complaints are treated:

-Receiving wrong color.

-Receiving an incorrect item.

-Received duplicate item.

-Received unworn items with stains.

-Factory errors that can be checked by Laay Design.
